Why should you use timecodes?

Click and drag to create a timecode

This will define the moment in the video where the category is present.

Drag the green line to move within the video

Notice how the time change in both the timeline (bottom part) and the preview (top part).

Use the green line as a guide

Timecodes will snap to it when close enough. You can also resize a timecode by dragging one of its end.

Keyboard shortcuts

Use your keyboard left and right arrow keys ⬅️➡️ to precisely find the beginning or ending of a scene. It will move the green bar seconds by seconds.
